Gaming supervisors take charge of gaming operations and workers in an assigned area. Circulating among the table games, they make sure that all stations and games are taken care of for each shift. It also is common for supervisors to interpret the casino's operating protocols for members. Supervisors can also plan and arrange activities for guests staying in their casino hotels.

Gaming supervisors must have obvious leadership qualities and A1 communication skills. They need these techniques both to manage staff accurately and to greet bettors in order to encourage return visits. Quite a few casino supervisory staff have an associate or bachelor's degree.
